3.1 Do you offer cutting of tubes and wire?
Yes – we offer cutting in small batches.
3.2 What is the minimum length you can cut?
The minimum cutting length is 10 mm.
3.3 What is the largest dimension you can cut?
Max Yd 10 mm.
3.4 Can you supply exact custom lengths?
Yes, we cut to the customer's specifications.

4.1 How do I request a quote?

5. Delivery & Logistics
5.1 Which shipping companies do you use?
For tubes in their original packaging: DHL, Schenker, DSV.
For shorter lengths: TNT, UPS.
5.2 Which days do you ship tube orders?
Deliveries via DHL/Schenker/DSV are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
5.3 What is the delivery time?
It depends on stock availability and the shipping method. In-stock products are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
5.4 Do you ship internationally?
Yes – international shipping is available through the shipping companies we use.
5.5 How are the products packaged?
Tubes are shipped in their original packaging whenever possible. Custom packaging is used for cut lengths.
5.6 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on length, weight and carrier. The cost is specified in the quotation or order.

Yes – tracking is available with DHL, Schenker, DSV and UPS.
